Tottenham target Jeremy Toljan is valued at around £13 million by Hoffenheim, according to Sky Sports.
The 22-year-old, who has just one year left on his contract with Hoffenheim, is primarily a right-back but can also play on the left.
Sky claim Spurs are yet to make an official approach for the German, who is attracting interest from clubs in Spain and Italy.
Toljan has made 54 appearances for Hoffenheim since joining from Stuttgart in 2013.
