The 20-year-old made his Premier League debut on the opening day of the new season in Spurs’ 2-0 win at Newcastle, receiving numerous plaudits following an impressive display at right-back.
Walker-Peters, who won the Under-20s World Cup with England earlier in the summer, has been rewarded for his development with a new deal that runs until 2020.

Regardless of the youngster’s emergence, Tottenham are still believed to be keen on signing a new right-back to provide competition for Kieran Trippier. PSG’s Serge Aurier has been heavily linked with the club.

Kyle Walker-Peters signing a new contract hopefully means he gets loaned out. May be good in the future but we need a new right back now

Hopefully by the time Kyle Walker Peters turns world class, we will be able to pay him top wages. Otherwise, it’s a merry go round of pain
