Tottenham have sent scouts to watch Besiktas striker Cenk Tosun, according to MailOnline.
The Turkish striker is also attracting interest from Newcastle and Crystal Palace. The latter reportedly made a late move for him on deadline day but failed to get a deal over the line.
According to the Mail, Besiktas valued Tosun at £12 million over the summer, but his price tag has risen to £17.5m after an impressive start to the new season.
The 26-year-old, who on the scoresheet during Besiktas’ 3-1 win at Porto in the Champions League last week, scored 27 goals last term as his side retained the Super Lig title.
