Tottenham have sent scouts to watch Rochdale youngster Daniel Adshead, according to The Mirror.
The 16-year-old became Rochdale’s youngest ever player when he made his debut in the League One club’s victory over Bury in the Checkatrade Trophy last week.
Adshead is so young he was instructed to change in and out of his kit alone before and after the game because of “child protection regulations”.
Apparently, the teenager first started training with Rochdale’s first team at the age of 14, so he has been tipped for success for some time.
The Mirror claims Manchester City, Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool and Everton have all been to watch Adshead, so there could be a real battle for his signature.
