Mauricio Pochettino has held his pre-match press conference ahead of Tottenham’s trip to Manchester United.
The Spurs boss revealed Harry Kane can’t be risked on Saturday after suffering a minor hamstring injury against Liverpool last weekend – he was unsure about his chances to face Real Madrid on Wednesday.
Pochettino then spoke about the need to rest players to avoid issues like this in the future. He also claimed Erik Lamela could return in the very near future.
The Argentine went on to discuss his relationship with Jose Mourinho, which he described as “very good”.
