It was a glory, glory night for Tottenham at Wembley as the hosts beat European champions Real Madrid 3-1.
Spurs put in a performance of the highest quality, going into the break 1-0 thanks to Dele Alli’s opener.
Alli scored again in the second half before Christian Eriksen added a third. The fans inside Wembley couldn’t quite believe what they were seeing.
There was only a minor negative: Toby Alderweireld had to go off in the first half with a pulled hamstring.
