Tottenham watched Kieran Tierney in Celtic’s 2-1 defeat to Bayern Munich in the Champions League on Tuesday night, despite the fact the defender signed a new six-year contract earlier this week.
That’s according to reliable journalist Mark Ogden, who claims Spurs, Manchester United and Arsenal all sent scouts to check on the Celtic left-back.
Tottenham, Manchester United and Arsenal all have scouts at Celtic tonight, 24 hours after Kieran Tierney signed a six-year contract..:

Tierney put pen to paper on a six-year deal with the Scottish champions on Monday despite rumoured interest from a host of Premier League clubs.
His manager, Brendan Rodgers, has labelled the 20-year-old one of Britain’s best full-backs.
A new contract doesn’t mean there won’t be continued interest in the player. And with Danny Rose’s future at Tottenham still uncertain, perhaps Spurs will consider a move for Tierney in the future.
Think we must be talking double Chinese or its most likely English arrogance we are dealing with. The boy is nae joining any of you lot soon so show some respect to our club and Player. Why would he want to leave for lesser clubs anyway
Yogi get back to the forest the Rangers are coming
“The Rangers are coming! The Rangers are coming!” Boo Boo, you’re such a daft lad. Why would Tierney want Tottenham? He already has more medals than your club has had in, what, 50 odd years or more? Boo Boo indeed 🙂
Imagine not wanting to leave the poor standard of Scottish football for the best league in the world, poor decision if doesn’t leave a tinpot league.
Why would he want to leave Celtic, well that’s easy to answer ‘to reach his full potential’ he won’t achieve that at Celtic Park.
