Hugo Lloris has been ruled out for at least two weeks with an abductor injury.
The news was confirmed by Didier Deschamps after the France manager left Lloris out of his squad for the upcoming internationals.
The Tottenham skipper struggled through the final half hour of Wednesday’s Champions League victory over Real Madrid at Wembley.
On Thursday, Deschamps confirmed Lloris suffered “a tear of the big adductor.”
He added: “He has undergone tests this morning, he’ll be out for at least 15 days.” (Quotes via ESPN.)
That means Lloris will definitely miss the Crystal Palace match on Sunday, and he faces a race to be fit for the North London derby later this month.
