Tottenham and Liverpool are closely monitoring Stevenage defender Ben Wilmot, according to The Daily Mail.
The centre-back, who turned 18 last month, was apparently watched by over 30 scouts when Stevenage took on Brighton Under-21s in the Checkatrade Trophy earlier this month.
Wilmot is yet to make an appearance in League Two yet, so there are still questions marks surrounding his ability and potential.
Spurs are relatively well stocked at centre-back. Even with Toby Alderweireld out injured, the club isn’t desperate for reinforcements.
One Tottenham defender is among the nominees for the UEFA Fans’ Team of the Year.
