Tottenham hold an interest in Bologna left-back Adam Masina, according to The Mirror.

It is believed Spurs are keen to recruit a replacement for Danny Rose, who has been linked with a move to Manchester United.

Rose was left out of Tottenham’s squad against West Brom at the weekend and there are suggestions he could leave either in January or next summer.

Masina, a 23-year-old Italy Under-21 international, has just 18 months left on his contract with Serie A club Bologna. Sevilla are also said to be interested.

I don’t think Rose will leave in January, so Spurs are unlikely to turn their attentions to Masina until next summer.
