Toby Alderweireld is estimated to return from injury in February, which represents mixed news for Tottenham fans.
Last week there were suggestions the Beglian could be out until April, but Mauricio Pochettino dismissed those claims as the worst-case scenario.
It has now been confirmed that the defender’s latest scan has revealed he will probably be out of action until February.

In some ways, this is good news. It appears Alderweireld will be back for a crucial run of games in February, including the first leg against Juventus in the Champions League.
However, Spurs fans had hoped for a quicker return. Alderweireld will miss many important matches over the Christmas period and through January.
