Tottenham welcome Chris Hughton’s Brighton to Wembley on Wednesday, and Mauricio Pochettino has a few decisions to make regarding his team selection.
The Spurs boss will be eager to gather further momentum after Saturday’s 5-1 win over Stoke ahead of this weekend’s trip to league leaders Manchester City.
With that in mind, I can’t see him making any changes in the attacking positions. Harry Kane and Son Heung-Min were excellent against Stoke and should start again here.
In his weekly press conference, Pochettino suggested Erik Lamela could feature from the beginning. If he does, I think he’ll come in for either Dele Alli or Christian Eriksen, but it’s unlikely.
Mousa Dembele played the full 90 minutes on Saturday – I genuinely can’t remember the last time that happened. I wouldn’t be surprised to see him rested ahead of Manchester City, with Moussa Sissoko deputising.
Elsewhere, the full-backs will be rotated as usual with Serge Aurier and Danny Rose coming in for Kieran Trippier and Ben Davies.
Here’s our predicted line-up to face Brighton – what’s yours?
