Christian Eriksen has struggled for form over the last few weeks, but he was back to somewhere approaching his best against Stoke last weekend.

He wasn’t quite as good against Brighton in midweek, but he did produce one moment of brilliance that you might have missed.

Midway through the first half, Eriksen received the ball in the penalty area, escaped his marker with a magical touch, then nutmegged another Brighton player to create a chance for Heung-Min Son.

It was a superb piece of skill from a player the fans will be hoping returns to his best form sooner rather than later.
