Tottenham are still falling short of Bordeaux’s valuation of Malcom, according to reports in France.

Last month, the Telegraph claimed Spurs had emerged as the favourites to sign Malcom for a fee of around £35 million.

A deal failed to materialise in the January transfer window, but Tottenham and Arsenal are expected to go back in for him at the end of the season.

However, French outlet LeSport10 believes Bordeaux value the player at €60 million (£53.3m) while Spurs’ January offer was thought to be €50 million (£44.4m).

That means the club may have to increase its offer if they want to seal a deal for the 20-year-old.

Is Malcom still worth it when Tottenham have already signed a winger in Lucas Moura? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
