Paris Saint-Germain are interested in signing Tottenham target Malcom this summer, according to reports in France.

Spurs emerged as favourites to sign Malcom from Ligue 1 side Bordeaux in January but a deal failed to materialised.

Instead, Tottenham spent £25 million to bring in Lucas Moura from PSG on deadline day.

Since then, Arsenal and Bayern Munich have been linked with potential summer moves for Malcom, especially the German giants.

However, France Football (via Sport Witness) claims there is a new contender for the Brazilian winger’s signature: PSG.

It would be an ironic blow for Spurs to miss out on Malcom to PSG. Moura obviously left a squad slot open at Parc des Princes, and the French champions could fill it with one of Tottenham’s priority targets.

That said, it’s possible Spurs are no longer pursuing Malcom – Moura has provided what the club was looking for in terms of a pacy wide player who can add another dimension to the attack.

Malcom is almost certain to leave Bordeaux this summer, but it is looking increasingly unlikely that Tottenham will be his destination.
