Tottenham are among the clubs interested in signing Manchester United striker Anthony Martial this summer, according to reports in France.
Martial made a flying start to life at Old Trafford, but he has endured a difficult third season at the club with Jose Mourinho using him in a reduced role.
The January arrival of Alexis Sanchez has seen him fall even further down the pecking order in United’s attack.
And French outlet RMC Sport believes Martial wants to leave the club this summer even though there is a contract extension on the table.
The 22-year-old clearly doesn’t see his situation improving. With a number of top European clubs interested, a summer transfer seems inevitable.
Spurs are believed to be among his suitors, but RMC Sport claims they will face competition from Juventus and Atletico Madrid.
Fernando Llorente and Vincent Janssen are expected to leave Tottenham this summer, so there is a chance the club will be in need of a new back-up striker.
However, it’s unlikely Martial will be happy to play second fiddle to Harry Kane. For that reason, I can’t see a deal happening even if Spurs’ interest is genuine.
Question. Is he really willing to come to Spurs. i mean he had the chance and refused. Real quality player, and won’t have to be second to Harry,he can play anywhere in the front, that’s how good he is.,but is he willing to play for us?
if man u really want Rose and Rose wants to go to united then swap deal or nothing doing C.O.Y.S
