Tottenham are interested in signing West Ham United winger Arthur Masuaku, according to the Sun.
Masuaku, who joined West Ham from Olympiakos for £6.2 million in the summer of 2016, has made 27 appearances in all competitions so far this season.
The 24-year-old can play on the left wing or as a full-back, which is perhaps what is attracting Spurs.
Mauricio Pochettino may be in need of a new left-back, or wing-back, this summer if Danny Rose leaves the club.
Rose has long been linked with Manchester United, although his struggles with fitness and form this season might hurt his chances of getting a move.
Masuaku is valued at £20 million by the Hammers and is also believed to be attracting interest from Chelsea and Monaco.
The Sun claims that while he is happy at West Ham, the former France Under-19 international would be interested in playing Champions League football if the opportunity presents itself.
Following the signing of Lucas Moura in January, Masuaku would certainly struggle to break into Tottenham’s first-team in one of the attacking positions.
If Pochettino sees him as a left-back, then perhaps there is some truth to the story. It’s unlikely West Ham will do business with Spurs, though.
