Wilfried Zaha is among the priority targets on Tottenham’s summer shortlist and chairman Daniel Levy will be “under pressure” to sign the Crystal Palace star, according to the Telegraph.
Mauricio Pochettino is thought to be seeking funds from Levy in order to strengthen his squad so that Spurs are in a better position to compete on multiple fronts next season.
The Telegraph believes Zaha is one of Pochettino’s top targets, and pressure will be put on Levy to land the 25-year-old during the summer transfer window.
However, Zaha recently revealed he expects to stay at Selhurst Park – where he is contracted for for more years – because of his love for the club.
That doesn’t mean Tottenham won’t make a move for the Ivory Coast international, and it also doesn’t mean Palace won’t accept a bid – although previous reports suggest the Eagles value Zaha at around £50 million.
Whether that’s out of Spurs’ price range might depend on the money the club receives for players who are expected to leave this summer, such as Danny Rose and Toby Alderweireld.

Why would spurs spend £50m on this guy? Bale wouldn’t cost much more and even though he is always injured for half the season bale would do more for the club than this muppet, plus Bale gives us a tick in the right boxes for nationality requirements
Firstly How many times must you be told that Zaha is not interested in Tottenham Hotspurs and secondly the club if he was to be sold would be asking much more than 50 mill.

Secondly, how many times must you be told that the derisory previous offers that were made, illustrate that Spurs are the Primark shoppers of the PL. Furthermore, Zaha has just signed a new contract that pays far more than most Spurs players earn. So tell me why he would take a pay cut to play in your shiny new, highly leveraged, soul-less atmospheric, white elephant lane, soup bowl identikit stadium? Little Palace have always paid better even going back three years when Cabaye signed for a reported 84k pw, a sum higher than most Spurs players earn today.
Zaha earns £120,000 per week at Palace. Kane earns £70,000 per week. Never gonna happen
