Paris Saint-Germain have entered the race to sign reported Tottenham target Ryan Sessegnon, according to the Times.
Sessegnon has been linked with a move to Spurs on countless occasions since breaking into Fulham’s first team at the age of 16.
The 17-year-old has been a sensation in the Championship over the last two seasons, scoring 15 goals this term having been moved from left-back to the left wing.
Earlier this week, reports in France suggested Tottenham have already secured a deal for Sessegnon despite interest from PSG.
Now, the Times claims a deal hasn’t been struck yet, and PSG’s interest could complicate matters.
Fulham are believed to value Sessegnon at around £50 million, but that price tag could drop if the Londoners fail to achieve promotion to the Premier league via the Championship play-offs.
The opportunity to play alongside the likes of Neymar, and the fact PSG are able to pay huge wages, could see Sessegnon make the move to France.
However, the teenager might have a better chance of breaking into Spurs’ first team considering how much faith Mauricio Pochettino has put in youth since his arrival.
