Tottenham are the frontrunners to sign Fulham sensation Ryan Sessegnon, according to the Telegraph.
Sessegnon, 18, has scored 16 goals in the Championship this season and is set to feature for Fulham in this weekend’s play-off final against Aston Villa.
The teenager has been tipped for stardom since breaking into Fulham’s first team at the age of 16.
Spurs have been linked with Sessegnon for some time – reports last week claimed he and his twin brother, Steven, could join the Londoners this summer.
And according to the Telegraph, Tottenham are “at the front of the queue” to sign Sessegnon.
Manchester United, Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain have all been linked in the past, but Spurs are now said to be the frontrunners to seal a deal for the winger.
However, it is believed Sessegnon will remain with Fulham if they are promoted to the Premier League.
As a result, Tottenham will be hoping Aston Villa are victorious at Wembley this weekend.
The same report from the Telegraph suggests Spurs and Manchester United could be willing to do business over two players – read more about that story here.
