Tottenham are interested in signing Porto striker Moussa Marega, according to reports in Portugal.
Marega scored 22 goals in 29 league appearances last season as Porto sealed the Portuguese top-flight title.
The 27-year-old has been with Porto since 2016 but spent the 2016/17 campaign on loan with Portuguese side Vitoria, where he bagged 13 goals in 25 games.
He has become one of the most clinical strikers in the country since returning to his parent club, and there is plenty of interest in the striker as a result.
According to Portuguese outlet Zero Zero (via talkSPORT), Spurs are keen on sealing a deal for Marega, who is believed to have a £35 million release clause in his contract.
However, the Londoners face competition from Chelsea, Everton and West Ham.
Mauricio Pochettino is said to be eager to recruit a forward to provide cover and competition for Harry Kane this summer.
Whether Marega has the ability to adapt to the Premier League is questionable, but his statistics are certainly impressive.
