Club captain Lloris – who was fined and given a driving ban last week following a drink-driving charge – has missed Spurs’ last two games with a thigh problem, both of which ended in defeat against Watford and Liverpool respectively.
Alli suffered a muscle strain during the recent international break and has since missed England’s friendly victory over Switzerland and the Liverpool game on Saturday.
Sissoko hasn’t started since the Premier League opening weekend victory over Newcastle United and is struggling with a hamstring problem.
Lloris’ absence means Michel Vorm is likely to keep his place in the side ahead of third-choice goalkeeper Paulo Gazzaniga despite the Dutchman’s shaky performance against Liverpool.
Meanwhile, Heung-Min Son and Erik Lamela are in contention to start after impressing in their late cameos on Saturday.
The likes of Victor Wanyama and Harry Winks could also feature against Inter after fully recovering from injuries.
Please Poch don’t play Vorm.
I’d go with with a few new options.
Gazzanigga
Trippier
Alderweireld
Vertonghen
Rose
Lamela
Dembele
Eriksen
Moura
Kane
Son
Don’t have Tripoer and Rose bombing forward without respecting what’s going on behind them like Saturdays game.
