Serge Aurier, Mousa Dembele and Christian Eriksen could all be in contention to start for Tottenham against West Ham United on October 20, according to football.london.
The Premier League trip to West Ham is Spurs’ first game back after the current international break.
Mauricio Pochettino currently has a number of first-team players sidelined – Aurier, Dembele and Eriksen are joined by Jan Vertonghen and Dele Alli on the treatment table.
All five will play no part for their countries over the next few days, while Vertonghen and Alli could miss more matches for Tottenham due to the seriousness of their injuries.
However, football.london claims Aurier, Dembele and Eriksen all have an October 20 return date set, meaning they could play a part against West Ham.
Eriksen has been struggling with an abdominal issue, but his agent recently played down fears the Dane has a “chronic” injury.
Dembele’s fitness has been an issue for some time now, and Spurs are reportedly keen to sign a long-term replacement in January.
If available, Aurier will battle Kieran Trippier for a place on the right.
