Mauricio Pochettino has given a fascinating interview to US broadcaster NBC Sports.
The Tottenham manager spoke about a number of aspects to his management style, including his faith in youth and giving players the possibility to develop and grow.
Midway through the interview, presenter Arlo White told Pochettino that Eric Dier had been in the room prior to the Argentinian.
Dier shook the hand of everybody in the room and asked their names. Pochettino was glad to hear it and reiterated that respect is one of the most important attributes his players should possess.
