Tottenham could welcome Harry Kane and Dele Alli back into the fold sooner than expected, if recent updates are to be believed.
Earlier this week, we relayed an interview with Kane in which the striker suggested his rehabilitation is going well following an ankle injury.
And now, the Sun claims Spurs are optimistic Kane could be available for next week’s Champions League last 16 first leg clash with Borussia Dortmund at Wembley.
If he doesn’t quite make that game, the report suggests he will return to play against Burnley at Turf Moor on February 23.
All signs point to Kane being available for huge Premier League London derbies against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge and Arsenal at Wembley.
And there’s more good news for Tottenham supporters following a photo update from Dele Alli.
The 22-year-old, who like Kane was originally ruled out until March with a hamstring strain, is currently in Dubai continuing his rehabilitation.
Alli has posed a photo on Instagram that appears to show him running, which could hint at another early return – Spurs fans will be keeping their fingers crossed.
