Tottenham Hotspur face Crystal Palace in the Premier League on Wednesday night in the first game at Spurs’ new stadium.
The hosts are aiming to avoid a fifth defeat in six Premier League games. With that in mind, Mauricio Pochettino has a number of decisions to make regarding his team selection.
Eric Dier, Serge Aurier, Erik Lamela and Fernando Llorente are all sidelined through injury. Harry Winks returned to training on Tuesday but may not be fit enough to start.
Following his impressive display against Liverpool, we expect Lucas Moura to keep his place in the team, which could see Pochettino switch his formation so that Son Heung-min can also start.
With a 4-3-3, Lucas and Son can support Harry Kane up front, with Christian Eriksen and Dele Alli dropping slightly deeper to help Moussa Sissoko in a midfield three.
A defender will have to be sacrificed for that to happen; it will probably be Davinson Sanchez. Ben Davies could also come in for Danny Rose.
