Crystal Palace defender and reported Tottenham Hotspur target Aaron Wan-Bissaka has named Spurs’ new stadium as the best Premier League ground he has played in to date.
Tottenham are expected to move on at least one right-back this summer, with both Kieran Trippier and Serge Aurier being linked with the exit door.
And Wan-Bissaka, who has enjoyed an impressive season with Crystal Palace, has been mooted as a potential replacement.
The 21-year-old has made 37 appearances across all competitions for the Eagles this term, and his performances have led to rumours of a possible summer move to Manchester United.
Spurs will hope to attract players to north London ahead of United if they qualify for next season’s Champions League and the Red Devils fail to.
And Wan-Bissaka may just have dropped a hint about where he wants to play his football in the future.
The England Under-21 international was answering fan questions on his Instagram story on Wednesday.
One of the questions asked Wan-Bissaka to name the best Premier League stadium he has played in, to which he replied: “The new Tottenham Stadium”.
Wan-Bissaka started for Palace in the first ever game at the White Hart Lane-based arena, and Spurs will be hoping they can attract young players of his calibre to play there more regularly.
