Friday marked the 30-year anniversary of Gary Lineker joining Tottenham Hotspur from Barcelona.
The striker scored 80 goals in three seasons at White Hart Lane and helped Spurs win the FA Cup in 1991.
Tottenham posted a video to celebrate Lineker’s anniversary on Twitter, showing some of his best goals for the club.
The 58-year-old clearly felt a sense of nostalgia after seeing the post, responding with a message that read: “Great memories. Great club.”
Lineker left Spurs in 1991 for Japanese side Nagoya Grampus Eight before retiring three years later.
