Tottenham are willing to sell Serge Aurier and Victor Wanyama before the European transfer window closes, according to the Guardian.
Clubs in Europe can still buy players until Monday’s deadline, which has resulted in plenty of speculation at Spurs with a number of players facing uncertain futures.
Christian Eriksen, Toby Alderweireld and Jan Vertonghen have all entered the final year of their contracts, but all three appear set to stay at Tottenham despite Eriksen and Vertonghen being linked with PSG and Bayer Leverkusen respectively this week. Danny Rose also looks to be staying put.
The same can’t be said for Wanyama. The Kenyan is reportedly the subject of a £13 million bid from Club Brugge, which Spurs are said to have accepted – though it remains unclear whether the player wants the move.
In any case, the Guardian claims Wanyama is ‘up for sale’, as is Aurier – the right-back hasn’t played a single minute yet this season after returning from the Africa Cup of Nations with a wrist injury.
Aurier has been linked with AC Milan but Mauricio Pochettino may need the Ivorian to start against Arsenal on Sunday with injuries mounting at right-back. Indeed, it may be too late for Aurier to seal a move away.
