Lucas Moura continued his excellent Champions League record for Tottenham by scoring in their 2-2 draw with Olympiacos this evening.

The Brazilian, who netted a memorable hat-trick to send Spurs to the final against Ajax back in May, has now bagged six goals in fourteen European games for Tottenham – with remarkably all six coming away from home.

Moura has goals against PSV, Barcelona, that hat-trick in Amsterdam and now this stunning strike in the Greek capital to add to his impressive list.

It was a rare moment of quality from both Moura and Tottenham on the night, but it was another example of the capabilities of the former PSG man, who now has two goals in three starts this season after notching a second-half equaliser against Manchester City last month.

You can see Moura’s clinical finish in the video below, a goal he will be hoping will earn him a starting place when Spurs travel to Leicester City in the Premier League on Saturday.

    • There is no goal or impact coming off the bench except for Moura, so i get it in ine hand. He is player that take advantage of any situation whether he starts or not. Given that we cannot find goals from other players, we need to start fast and learn to defend better after scoring. This is coaching and managing. You are not going to blow away every team, so especially in the CL with a 2 goal lead, you need to sit behind the ball for longer periods than staying in the attack mode. Back to Lucas, he needs to start but right now Erikssen is iost and Lamela is the closest we have to being creative in the finally third. Who do you drop.
