Hugo Lloris suffered the worst possible start to Tottenham’s Premier League clash with Brighton on Saturday.
The Spurs captain dropped the ball on his own goal line, allowing Neal Maupay to put Brighton ahead inside three minutes.
To make matters worse, Lloris appeared to seriously injure his elbow after his arm bent the wrong way upon landing.
The Frenchman was substituted after receiving oxygen. Watch the incident below.

Spurs were aiming to bounce back from Tuesday’s humiliating 7-2 defeat to Bayern Munich in the Champions League.
Losing his skipper and a goal in the opening moments wasn’t the start Mauricio Pochettino will have hoped for.
