Troy Parrott marked his return to the Republic of Ireland U21s side by scoring their third in a crucial victory against Sweden, which keeps them top of Group 1 and on course to qualify for the 2021 European Championships.
The 17-year-old made his senior debut and claimed an assist against New Zealand on Thursday, but dropped back down to the U21s after he was an unused substitute in Ireland’s crucial game against Denmark last night.
