All things must come to an end – and it certainly feels like that’s the case with Christian Eriksen and his Tottenham career.
Ever since the Dane revealed that he’d be open to a new challenge last summer, his days in N17 always looked limited and judging by his reaction after Saturday’s defeat to Liverpool, the 27-year-old looks to have finally played his last game for Spurs.
Eriksen played 69 minutes against the Premier League leaders and as you can see in the video below, the attacking midfielder appears to say his goodbyes after the game as he walks towards the South Stand, gives a young boy his worn shirt before taking a selfie.

Compare this to Gareth Bale and you can see why so many still like Bale and so many don’t like eriksen. While not doubting eriksen has talent he has went missing in so many big games and in the last 12-18 months has shown very little. Stole a living in that time and he has found his level in slow boring Italian football. For me will not be sorry to see him go.
For your information, Slow boring Italian football have thought a lesson or two to the Spurs in the previous years.
thanks for the 6 year C.E
he left at the start of the season
Sad to see him go, thought he was quite a valuable player to the troubled side. With kane out for injury until April the attacking side are going to struggle.
