Tottenham travel to Aston Villa this weekend aiming to secure a third successive Premier League victory after beating Norwich City and Manchester City in their last two fixtures in the competition.

With a few players out and others returning, Jose Mourinho has a number of decisions to make regarding his team selection.

Harry Kane, Moussa Sissoko and Juan Foyth have all been ruled out, but Giovani Lo Celso is back and Erik Lamela is set to be assessed before the trip to Villa Park. Steven Bergwijn is also available again after missing the FA Cup win over Southampton because he wasn’t registered.

We think Mourinho will go with a 4-3-3 of sorts, with a front line of Lucas Moura, Steven Bergwijn and Son Heung-min interchanging between the attacking positions.

The midfield will comprise of Harry Winks, Lo Celso and Dele Alli, meaning Tanguy Ndombele will be among the substitutes – the 23-year-old will provide a useful option from the bench.

A back four of Serge Aurier, Toby Alderweireld, Davinson Sanchez and the returning Ben Davies is likely to sit in front of Hugo Lloris, though Japhet Tanganga could get the nod over Sanchez depending on Mourinho’s assessment of recent displays.
