Tottenham came from behind to draw 1-1 with Burnley at Turf Moor on Saturday.

Chris Wood gave the hosts an early lead before Dele Alli’s penalty levelled things up.

Here’s how every Spurs player rated on the day.

Hugo Lloris, 5 – Spilled a shot for the goal. Made a good save from Matej Vydra late on.

Japhet Tanganga, 5 – Did OK defensively. Offered very little going forward down the right.

Davinson Sanchez, 3 – All at sea for the most part, fluffing clearances and making clumsy challenges.

Eric Dier, 7 – An admirable performance in defence and midfield after a tough few days.

Toby Alderweireld, 4 – Uncharacteristically all over the place throughout, but made a goal-saving challenge for the Vydra chance.

Jan Vertonghen, 5 – Has looked a bit fitter in recent games but still not quite offering enough.

Oliver Skipp, 4 – Rewarded with another start but wasn’t quite at it and was hooked at half-time.

Tanguy Ndombele, 5 – Some promising moments but was also taken off at the break.

Erik Lamela, 3 – Did almost nothing right other than win the penalty. Frustrating.

Steven Bergwijn, 5 – Did his best when one-on-one with defenders but the runs weren’t there.

Dele Alli, 6 – Some neat touches and a well-taken penalty in his best display for a while.

Substitutes

Giovani Lo Celso, 6 – Immediately improved Spurs with the pass that led to the penalty. A bit inaccurate after that.

Lucas Moura, 5 – Gave the team some more urgency but perhaps could have fashioned more chances.

Serge Aurier, N/A – Didn’t have much time to make an impact as a late substitute.
