Tottenham defender Toby Alderweireld has posted a heartwarming message on his Twitter account regarding the coronavirus pandemic.
All football in England has been suspended until at least 30 April, with the end of the current Premier League and EFL seasons still in major doubt of being completed.
With a number of people in hospital currently suffering from the virus, Alderweireld said he plans on buying ‘dozens’ of tablet computers to give to patients in hospitals and nursery home for people to chat and remain in contact with their families during this period.
