Bournemouth winger Ryan Fraser favours a move to Tottenham – but according to the Express, Jose Mourinho doesn’t think that the Scottish international has enough quality to play for a top-six club.

We relayed a story on Sunday, which suggested that Spurs remained in pole position to sign Fraser ahead of north London rivals Arsenal. The 26-year-old has been linked with a host of top Premier League clubs since his breakthrough season, when he scored seven times, whilst adding 14 assists during the 2018-2019 campaign.

However, Fraser has been far less influential this term as the Cherries fight to avoid relegation. The Scotsman has scored just once, and that came in the victory over Everton all the way back in September.

With the Coronavirus pandemic causing clubs severe financial difficulties, spending money is going to be extremely tough this summer, meaning Fraser, who is available on a free transfer at the end of the season – with his current contract set to expire – would be a shrews piece of business by Tottenham.

But Mourinho remains unconvinced – and the report says that Crystal Palace are now the frontrunners to sign the attacker, with Arsenal cooling their interest.

Given the current situation, would you be happy with the signing of Fraser? Let us know your thoughts below.
