Lucas Moura was involved in the major turning point of Tottenham’s defeat to Sheffield United on Thursday night.

The Brazilian was seemingly fouled before Harry Kane thought he equalised in first half, just after the hosts had taken the lead.

The goal was disallowed as Lucas was deemed to have handled the ball as he fell – it’s still unclear whether the ball even touched his arm, but VAR ruled out Kane’s strike.

From that point on, Spurs and Lucas struggled to find a way back into the game, eventually falling to a 3-1 loss.

Lucas spoke to Spurs TV after the game, and he looked particularly upset and angry. Watch below.

  1. Spurs have top attacking players, Sanchez, Aurier, Davies should go. Sourness was right when he said Sanchez and Aurier are like accidents waiting to happen and if Mourhino continues to play them I’m sure we won’t keep clean sheets and eventually he will get sacked. Please play Tanganga and Sesegnon and please Mourhino don’t leave it too late to make subs, also play Toby Alderweirald regularly COYS
