Jose Mourinho has held his Premier League press conference ahead of Tottenham’s game against Bournemouth on Thursday.
The Spurs boss was questioned about the outcome of Eric Dier’s incident in March, but wouldn’t comment on the midfielder’s four-match ban. “If I answer I’m going to be in trouble and I don’t want to be so I have no comments about that,” said the Portuguese.
Mourinho also revealed that Tottenham can cope with the absence of the 26-year-old – before confirming more bad news with Dele Alli ruled out of tomorrow’s clash with Eddie Howe’s strugglers.
He went on to say that Spurs are unlikely to appeal Dier’s suspension.
