Troy Parrott marked his uncompetitive debut for Millwall by scoring in their 5-1 pre-season victory over National League Bromley on Tuesday.
Highlights haven’t yet been released by the Lions, but boss Gary Rowett confirmed the 18-year-old got himself on the scoresheet with a “fantastic finish” to double Millwall’s lead at their Calmont Road training ground.

Parrott, who played the opening 45 minutes against the Non League side, joined the South Londoners on a season-long loan deal from Spurs earlier this month and has already made a huge impression on the Scotland during their training camp in Scotland last week.
The striker could make his Lions debut in their Championship opener against Stoke City on the 12 September, but is expected to miss their EFL Cup first-round tie at Crawley Town on Saturday week after being called into the Republic of Ireland senior squad for their Nations League games against Bulgaria and Finland.

I live opposite Millwall’s training ground and watched the first half.
First time I’ve seen Parrot in real life. He’s a much bigger frame and stronger than I imagined. Has a good turn of pace & movement was intelligent.
Goal was well taken too. I look forward to keeping an eye on his development this year.
That was the first think I notice how big and fluid he is. Last preseason in the USA he caught a ball back to the goal with a defender drapped all over him. I think he is ready. Shoukx have been getting 10 to 15 last year with the odd start. When Harry went he would have been ready to take over
