Tottenham are on course to reach the group stages of the Europa League after scoring four times in the opening period of their play-off against Maccabi Haifa.
Harry Kane eased any potential early nerves for Jose Mourinho’s men after tapping home Ben Davies’ cross before the Israeli outfit levelled with a spectacular strike from distance.
However, it didn’t take long for Spurs to regain the lead – with Lucas Moura heading home Steven Bergwijn’s right-wing corner.
Mourinho’s side moved even further in front after Giovani Lo Celso produced two excellent finishes in the space of three minutes to put the Londoners into a 4-1 lead at the break.
