Tottenham’s final summer signing Joe Rodon has given his first interview since signing the club.
The Welsh centre-back joined from Championship side Swansea City late on transfer deadline day, becoming Spurs’ seventh summer arrival at the very last minute.
In his interview, Rodon revealed the presence of his Wales teammates Gareth Bale and Ben Davies was a “big part” of why he chose Tottenham.
He also couldn’t help but smile when the interviewer mentioned the fact he will now be managed by Jose Mourinho.
Watch the interview in full below.
"It hasn't really hit me yet. It's a massive honour and a massive club, I can't wait to get started."

Come On Ye Spurs.
Welcome to Tottenham HOTspurs Joe!!
You are a perfect fit for us and we’re so happy to have you play with us. ?
David from Australia
David…it’s Tottenham Hotspur (not Hotspurs)!
Not the black player we deserve but we can hope for big tings in Jan with a few black players.
Why even post a reply like this? The color of a person’s skin is NOTHING to to do with which players any given club would like to sign.

What a dip stick this Joseph Ngugi is(and I believe not for the 1st time).
Absolutely no reason to come out with such pathetic statements in this case.
Don’t be racist Delbiy. I am respectable.
