Tottenham face Brighton in the Premier League on Sunday evening, aiming to bounce back from Thursday night’s disappointing defeat to Royal Antwerp in the Europa League.

Jose Mourinho has a number of decisions to make regarding his team selection after several of the squad’s fringe players failed to impress in Belgium.

We think captain Hugo Lloris will be protected by a back four of Matt Doherty, Toby Alderweireld, Eric Dier and Sergio Reguilon – the latter was the only one of the four who started on Thursday.

In midfield, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Moussa Sissoko should return to the line-up. Tanguy Ndombele missed the trip to Antwerp with a minor injury but will hopefully return to the team this weekend.

Harry Kane and Son Heung-min will look to continue their remarkable relationship up front. They will probably be joined by Lucas Moura in the front three, although there is a chance Mourinho will begin to integrate Gareth Bale into the starting line-up for league games soon.

Here’s our predicted XI to face Brighton – what’s yours? Let us know in the comments section below.

      • Auier is piss not worth a squad number like rose he plays like a blind man would he gives up to quick then shouts at other players there’s a reason why no one signed him coz they don’t want to ship easy goals mou said it in all or nothing he’s shit scared off him at the back

  1. If you’re a Tottenham fan and you’re going to post online, should you not be able to spell the names of your own players?
Who are “aldervield, Holhjert, Ndomdelle, alderwierd, Reguilion, Loselso, ndombelle”? Make an effort, you’re an embarrassment.
