Tottenham’s Europa League adventure heads to Bulgaria on Thursday as Jose Mourinho’s side face Ludogorets in their third Group J match.

Spurs made the perfect start by beating LASK of Austria last month, but were poor against Antwerp last Thursday – suffering just their second defeat in all competitions this season.

Mourinho is once again expected to make changes from Sunday’s victory over Brighton & Hove Albion, although the Tottenham boss confirmed that he go “full power” with his starting XI.

However, whilst Japhet Tanganga returned to training and could be available for selection, he will be without three of first senior players for the game in Bulgaria.

Sergio Regulion is once of those, who won’t travel due to illness, although Mourinho eased any concerns of the left-back having COVID-19. He said: “Reguilon is ill but not a COVID situation, just flu and we don’t want him to be with the team.” (Quotes via Football.London).

Meanwhile, Erik Lamela, who started the Brighton game on Sunday, won’t be risked due to a “little problem”, whilst Serge Aurier is also sidelined through injury.
