Troy Parrott returned to training with Republic of Ireland Under-21s today following six-weeks out with an ankle problem.

The 18-year-old, on a season-long loan with Millwall, has made just one appearance at The Den this term – the EFL Cup third-round tie against Burnley back in September.
Despite his lack of minutes, Parrott was still called up by Jim Crawford and could make his return to action against Iceland or Luxembourg in the coming days.
Parrott has previously been capped by Ireland’s senior team, but having only played 45 competitive minutes this term, has dropped back down to the U21s to continue his recovery.
If the striker comes through unscathed, he’ll hopefully make his Championship debut for Millwall when they host Cardiff City at The Den on Saturday week.
It’s been a frustrating couple of months for Parrott, so it would be great to see him stay injury-free and hit the ground running upon his return to Millwall in the coming weeks.
Good news. Any news on any of our black players?
