Tottenham face champions Liverpool in a crunch at Anfield in the Premier League on Wednesday evening.

Jose Mourinho confirmed that both Japhet Tanganga and Erik Lamela are unavailable, whilst Gareth Bale, who missed Sunday’s draw at Crystal Palace through illness, is doubtful once again.

We think that despite the quick turnaround, the Spurs boss won’t make many changes from the game at Selhurst Park.

The back-four will remain unchanged for a fifth game on the bounce – with Serge Aurier, Toby Alderweireld, Eric Dier and Sergio Regulion all keeping their places.

Into midfield, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Moussa Sissoko will start, whilst we think that Tanguy Ndombele will once more get the nod over Giovani Lo Celso in the attacking role.

Heung Min Son and Harry Kane will obviously start, and we believe that Steven Bergwijn will make way for Lucas Moura following four consecutive starts for the Dutch attacker.

If Bale missed out, Dele Alli could once again be given an opportunity from the bench.

Here’s the side we think Mourinho will pick:

Predicted XI: Lloris, Aurier, Alderweireld, Dier, Regulion, Hojbjerg, Sissoko, Ndombele, Lucas, Son, Kane.
