Tottenham made it three victories on the spin following a 1-0 success at Fulham.

Here’s how we rated the players on the day:

Hugo Lloris, 7 – Made two sharp second-half saves to preserve his second clean sheet in the space of five days.

Matt Doherty, 6 – Continues to struggle at right-back in what was another sloppy display.

Toby Alderweireld, 8 – No coincidence that Tottenham kept another clean sheet with him in the side. Compliments Sanchez and was defensively faultless throughout here.

Davinson Sanchez, 7 – Had some really bright moments, but shot himself in the foot as his poor clearance was capitalised on by Josh Maja, although VAR came to his rescue. Was good besides that, though.

Ben Davies, 7 – Unable to offer what Sergio Regulion does going forward, but defensively he was sound.

Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, 8 – Protected the back-four excellently, and regained possession countless times. Looked back to his absolute best after a few sticky performances.

Tanguy Ndombele, 6 – Came off with Spurs unable to wrestle the momentum back, which came after he had struggled to impact proceedings.

Gareth Bale, 6 – Had a hand in the goal, but unable to repeat his heroics on Sunday.

Dele Alli, 7 – Outstanding first-half. Created a good chance for Son before flicking home his cross to break the deadlock, although it was credited as an own goal, but a positive first Premier League start since September for Alli.

Heung Min Son, 6 – Found Kane with a brilliant cross before setting up Alli for the opener, although he generally quiet besides those two moments.

Harry Kane, 4 – Missed a sitter in each half in what was generally one of his poorer games this season.

Substitutes:

Moussa Sissoko, 6 – Battled well, but looked rusty.

Lucas Moura, 5 – Should have made the points safe with a rebound from Kane’s chance.

Erik Lamela, 6 – Replaced Ndombele and produced a wonderful piece of skill on the by-line, but couldn’t find Kane.
