Tottenham’s starting line-up for their Premier League clash with Aston Villa has been confirmed.

And Jose Mourinho has reacted to Thursday’s embarrassing Europa League exit by making a host of changes from the defeat in Zagreb.

Japhet Tanganga is handed a first Premier League of the campaign, whilst Joe Rodon makes his first appearance since the Brighton defeat, partnering Davinson Sanchez at the heart of the Spurs defence.

Sergio Regulion returns in place of Ben Davies, as do Tanguy Ndombele and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, who are supported in midfield by Giovani Lo Celso, whose rewarded for his impressive cameo in Croatia.

Moving forward, there’s no Gareth Bale in the side, which means there’s a rare opportunity for Carlos Vinicius, whose handed just his second Premier League start, and first alongside Kane – with Lucas Moura Tottenham’s third attacking player.
