Tottenham’s top four push continues on Sunday when they travel to Newcastle United, and Jose Mourinho has a number of decisions to make regarding his team selection.

Hugo Lloris will start between the sticks as usual but the back four is up for debate.

Ben Davies and Matt Doherty are out with injuries, so Sergio Reguilon and Serge Aurier should be the full-backs – unless Mourinho sticks with Japhet Tanganga on the right.

Joe Rodon impressed against Aston Villa last time out and could keep his place as a result. Who his partner will be, however, is unclear. We think it might be Toby Alderweireld rather than Davinson Sanchez.

Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Tanguy Ndombele should continue as the deep-lying midfield partnership. Giovani Lo Celso will drop in to join them when he’s not attacking down the right.

Carlos Vinicius will probably be dropped despite his goal at Villa. That’s because Son Heung-min is back from a hamstring injury and Mourinho has already confirmed he will play.

Son will join Lucas Moura and Harry Kane in attack, while Gareth Bale will have to settle for a place on the bench again.
