Tanguy Ndombele is considering his Tottenham future once again, according to Alasdair Gold.

Gold believes that Ndombele has been left disappointed by the like departures of his Serge Aurier and Moussa Sissoko, two of the Frenchman’s close friends.

The midfielder was in a similar position this time 12 months ago when he was linked with a move to Barcelona.

However, the 24-year-old stayed in north London and worked his way into Jose Mourinho’s best XI, scoring six goals and adding four assists in 46 appearances across all competitions.

But Ndombele wasn’t able to kind on from a promising start to the campaign, and now looks unlikely to be fit for the start of the season on Sunday week having failed to play a single minute in pre-season.

Ndombele was once again absent from the squad that drew with Chelsea on Wednesday after missing the friendlies with EFL opposition Leyton Orient, Colchester and MK Dons.

This is such a big season for Ndombele. If the midfielder can build on the momentum he started last term, he could finally reach the heights that so many expected of him.

But another up and down campaign could quickly see himself slip into the flop column.

  1. Sell the bam his heart n body has never been in it fae day 1 I like his style the odd time to turned up but he’s not good enough for what we want to play

  2. Wonderfully talented, but the fact that Pocc,Mourinho(not that I respect that thieving conman’s views on most matters) and now Nuno don’t and didn’t believe in him is proof that there are obviously fitness, mentality and God knows what problems with him.
Sell, get rid and obtain as much as is possible and replace him.
If he can stay injury free, I do believe that Lo Celso can become a vital part of the team and N’Dombele will not be missed.
